This policy explains what happens to personal information when you use this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does, which is deliberately very little.

What we collect on this site

No analytics and no tracking cookies. This site does not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording, or any similar tracking. We do not set cookies to identify or profile you.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent, requested page, and timestamp — for security and reliability. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure, retained for a limited period, and not used to build a profile of you.

When you book a call

The booking section embeds Cal.com, which handles scheduling for us. When you book, Cal.com receives the details you enter — your name, email address, and your answers to a few short questions about your business, such as your website, where your leads come from, and roughly how many you get — and processes them on our behalf so the appointment lands on our calendar. Loading the embed also lets Cal.com set its own cookies and see your IP address. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy at cal.com/privacy. We use what we receive only to prepare for the call, hold it, and follow up on it.

When you email us

The email links on this site open your own email client. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, email address, and details about your business. We use it only to reply to you and to carry out any work you engage us for. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Third parties

Video and imagery on this site are hosted by us. The only third party that receives your information is Cal.com, our scheduling provider, as described above. If we add another, it will be named here.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email team@mrsystems.agency and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Changes

If we change what this site collects, we will update this page and the date above.
